I. Product Overview:UHB-ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump is a cantilevered single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is made of high molecular weight polyethylene steel liner ultra. The material is a new international corrosion resistant engineering plastic and has a strong corrosion resistance and extraordinary wear resistance. The pump is widely used in temperature below 100 degrees, and in transport of acid, alkali and salt organic solvents with any concentration in which the solid content and other media solid content (hard soft particles are not limited) does not exceed 40%.
II. Design Features:UHB-ZK corrosion resistant mortar pump series is designed for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles or crystalline. It is made of steel liner ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance. The structure is designed to cantilever type and the impeller is semi-open (without front cover), so as to enhance throughout capability in flow channel. The particles and impurities in medium can quickly pass through the pump chamber, without blockage. The seal is made of K-type fluorine rubber sealing ring and cooling water jacket, which takes into account the dual demands of corrosion and abrasion.
