Message: | AAC Block Production LineMain DescriptionAAC block machine is used for large-scale production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. Featured with light weight,Website:http://www.build-machine.com, unique thermal properties, high strength, exceptional seismic performance, great workability, good resistance to high temperature, maximum sound insulation and excellent adaptability, AAC block has been widely used to form the inner or outer leaf of cavity wall for over-ground or underground buildings. With considerable expertise in integrating electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic technologies into one solution, we have designed AAC block machine with unique processes as well as innovative mechanical and control systems. It is very efficient at producing quality AAC blocks. Its integrated technologies have reached the domestically advanced level.Main ProcessTo manufacture AAC blocks, cement is mixed with lime, silica sand, or recycled fly ash, water, and aluminum powder or paste. Slurry is poured into moulds where a chemical reaction occurs. The reaction between aluminum and concrete causes microscopic hydrogen bubbles to form, expanding the concrete to about five times its original volume. After evaporation of the hydrogen in the mold for 45mintues, the high closed cellulated AAC unit is cut to size and formed by steam-curing in a pressurized chamber (an autoclave) for 10 to 12 hours. The result is a non-organic, non-toxic, airtight material that can be used for wall, floor, and roof panels, blocks. With decades of experience in serving AAC blocks production machinery industry, we can supply customers with quality AAC block production lines with capacity ranging from 150,000m3 to 350,000m3 per year.Main ParameterItemSP-AAC-5SP-AAC-10SP-AAC-15SP-AAC-20SP-AAC-30Capacity,*103m3/year5001000150020003000Cake Size, m34.2*1.2*0.64.2*1.2*0.64.2*1.2*0.64.8*1.2*0.66.0*1.2*0.6Installation Power, kw60080090013001400Production Cycle, mould/min56666Workshop Area, m230003000350040005000Plant Area, m22000020000250003000035000 |
