Q1. What is your sample policy?
We can supply free sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
2.What kind of warranty will I have?
(1) Warranty: 12 months, some belts with 18 months.
(2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
Q3. What kind of customization can you provide?
(1)We can provide OEM/ODM for any new felt. For OEM, you just have to provide us a sample or the details, we can make out 100% same product as the sample. For ODM, you have to tell us your thought or request , we will design and make it out as your request.
