The five-axis water conservancy pulper
An old pulper need around 45 kw power , it will waste energy and lower the efficiency .(it can produce the pulping of the 150kg of dry paper within half an hour ) Our company’s Research and Development Department are inspired by the rotating blades that cutting the wood, vertically install 5 axis in the pot .The 5 axis drive the saw blades to rotate.Because saw blades are parallel rotational cutting, the dynamic is very small. 5 motor in total 25kw. But the area of the 5 axis multi-saw blade cutting is large, within half an hour can make 300kg of high concentration pulp .The saw blades rotate in the water , which can snap the paper pulp fiber ,have the effect of the fiber relief ,make the paper pulp more delicate, which can reduce a defibering procedure ,(the deflaker need 18 kw ),save the kinetic energy .At this time, an energy-efficient pulping machine can save more than 30 percent energy .The production is twice than the old one , also the quality exceeds that old one.

---the Turnover Mould will press the wet egg tray again during transferring egg tray, increasing the egg tray density, to reduce the deformation in dryer
