1.When use surfactant for dispersing pigments and fillers,and grinding process can be accepted,the process can be used as follows:
●A.The organc bentonite is added directly to the resin/solvent, blend and thoroughly mix for 10 minutes.
●B.Add polar activator(if allowed)and mix for 10 minutes.
●C.Add surfactant(e.g. lecithins and soap drier)and mix for a few minutes.
●D.Add the pigment and fillers and disperse with high shear for a minute to the right fineness.
