Subject: The Hydraulic Cartridge Pressure Control Valve that has puzzled customer for more than 2 years has been solved by AAK with a small trick
Message: Nijenhuis is from a hydraulic equipment company in the Netherlands and has been in the company for 8 years. 2 years ago, they sold a batch of hydraulic supports for coal mining. 3 months later, they were complained that the support was unable to rise. The technical team was surprised. The after sales personnel was shocked by the coal mining site condition, with long oil pipes, many sockets and poor dust prevention. There were pulverized coal, rock particles and iron filings at the bottom of hydraulic column cylinder and valve chamber. The after sales personnel saw the site and knew that the wear of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves had caused the leakage. The after sales personnel recommended that the customer improve the working environment and replace the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves. This time, their engineer increased the filtration accuracy of the system, but the newly installed hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves went on strike again 5 months later. Their engineers blamed Nijenhuis for the poor wear resistance of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves purchased. Nijenhuis was helpless. The original manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves said that most hydraulic valve manufacturers can only guarantee the service life of 3-6 months under such working conditions. Nijenhuis did not believe it and began to find new hydraulic valve manufacturers. A week later, more than 20 manufacturers of hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves were contacted online and offline, and the response was similar to that of the original manufacturer. Nijenhuis contacted me under the introduction of an old Dutch customer. When I saw the working video of the hydraulic support and the coal mining scene, I was not sure how long the life of the AAK hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves would be under that working condition. Nijenhuis seemed disappointed, thinking that AAK had no advantage over other hydraulic valve manufacturers.
