How does hydraulic manifold manufacturer AAK use a 5-axis machining center to process hydraulic manifold blocks? Most hydraulic manifold manufacturers use domestically produced or Taiwanese machining centers for their hydraulic manifold blocks, because the accuracy requirements for most hydraulic manifold blocks are not high, and 5-axis machining centers are also expensive. Not every hydraulic manifold manufacturer can have a 5-axis machining center. Why this Russian customer requires a hydraulic manifold manufacturer to use a 5-axis machining center to process hydraulic manifolds blocks? He is likely to have encountered trouble with the valve hole accuracy of the hydraulic manifold blocks not meeting the standard.
