The UT10 is a durable, lightweight instrument tower that can be used for a variety of applications. It supports a 10 ft (3 m) measurement height for wind sensors as well as sturdy attachment points for antennas, solar panels, environmental enclosures, radiation shields, and crossarms. It is a versatile instrument mount; many of the same sensor mounts that are used with either our CM6/CM10 tripods or UT20/UT30 towers can be used with the UT10.

Wind Load Recommendation: 110 mph maximum (assumes proper installation, proper anchoring, adequate soil, and total instrument projected area of less than 2 square feet. The amount of wind load that this mount can withstand is affected by quality of anchoring and installation, soil type,and the number, type, and location of instruments fastened to the UT10.)
Required Concrete Pad Dimensions: 24” x 24” x 24” (61 x 61 x 61 cm)
Concrete pad requirements assume heavy soil; light, shifting, or sandy soils require a larger concrete pad.
UT20 20-ft Instrument Tower
The UT20 is a durable instrument tower that can be used for a variety of applications. It supports a 20 foot (6 m) measurement height for wind sensors for fire weather applications. It also provides sturdy attachment points for antennas, solar panels, environmental enclosures, radiation shields, and crossarms. The UT20 consists of two 10 foot sections, one extendable mast and two cable tie kits.
