Our institute is able to provide vitrified superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-1996. The diameter range isф8~750mm; the thickness range is 1～300 mm; the grit size range is 60/70～W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’ requirement. Vitrified diamond wheel for rough Grinding the Cylinder of Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts (PDC cutter). Compared with resin diamond grinding wheel, our vitrified bond wheels lead to 35% grinding cost reduced, 40% grinding time of each PDC saved, and the size precision of PDC improved (from ±0.03mm to ±0.01mm).
