Applications:
Acetildenafil (hongdenafil[citation needed]) is a synthetic drug which acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It is an analog of sildenafil (Viagra) which has been detected in numerous different brands of supposedly "herbal" aphrodisiac products sold to boost libido and alleviate erectile dysfunction.
Acetildenafil is currently an unregulated phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5-I's). So it has the same mechanism of action as viagra and other ED medications.
Since it is completely untested there really isn't any solid information on dosing. Generally for PDE5-I's the dosage is 5-10mg about one hour before sexual activity. But I would recommend starting as low as possible then slowly working your way up in dosage. It is also recommended that you don't exceed 20 mg in one
