Message:	Steel flow initiator which is also called ladle nozzle sand is Wanhao Refractory's newest developed ladle slide nozzle filler, the using results show that its automatic casting rate can reach above 99%. There is no metal inclusion in ingot surface. It is a kind of ideal ladle nozzle sand. Flow initiator has a metal mixture, which has high bulk density than the steel liquid and low melting point. It is poured into the ladle upper nozzle before steel casting. When the metal mixture is burned, it will produce heat to protect the upper nozzle steel liquid from solidification to reach the aim of automatic casting, also avoid inclusions of the ingot.
