Message: This product is a dispersion of water borne benzimidazole carbamate/OIT/urea derivative. Used as a biocide for wide range of liquid coatings,paints and inks.VOC free formulation which protects interior and exterior water based liquid coatings from surface fungal and algal growth.HONOR 5800 is similar with famous brand Acticide EPW. 1. Chemical and physical characteristics 1.1 Composition: A synergistic combination of fungicides/algicides 1.2 Appearance White paste 1.3 Odour Mild 1.4 PH(20°C) 6-9 1.5 Solubility Insoluble in water and most organic solvents 1.6 Stability in application : Stable in over the PH range 4-10 and at temperatures of up to 80°C Assay : 33% 1.7 Co-biocide ingredients: Cas No.:26530-20-1,2-Octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one Cas No.: 10605-21-7,Carbendazim 2. Biocidal properties HONOR 5800 has a broad spectrum of anti-fungal and anti-algal activity including efficacy against the following organisms: Test Micro-organisms Moulds Yeasts Algae Alternaria alternate Candia albicans Chlorella emersonii Aspergillus niger Rhodotorula rubra Gloeocapsa sp. Aspergillus versicolor Saccharomyces cerevisiae Aureobasidium pullulans Cladosporium cladosporoides Penicillium funiculosum Penicillium purpurogenum Phoma violacea Ulocladium 3. Applications/Use level Optimum use concentrations will depend on the required properties of the coating and the environment in which it is to be exposed. Normal addition levels are in the range 0.25-1.5%. 4. Packing and Storage 25kg/PE drum. A shelf life of 1 year is expected if material is stored in sealed original packaging.
