| Message: | Anti-Ferritin ADCC Enhanced Antibody (AMB8LK) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AMB8LK is a chimeric monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing H-ferritin, using for pancreatic cancer, hepatocarcinoma, and neuroblastomas. Preclinical studies showed that the immunoconjugate with 90Y has 98% stability over 7 days. The DTPA-AMB8LK has high reactivity with ferritin.
