Under the condition of ensuring that the spool is suitable for the service conditions, we will select the most appropriate tool steel (40Cr, Cr12MoV, 12CrNi3A, 18crniwa and GCr15, etc.) according to the customer's parameter requirements and service scenarios. 6 major processing processes and 6 major parameters are used. This technology has led the industry, we are not satisfied with these static data, but also need dynamic spool.
Since the valve spool needs to move in the valve body, the clearance between the valve spool and the valve body should not only ensure good sealing, but also ensure small movement resistance. Therefore, the matching clearance between the valve spool and the valve body is the top priority affecting the use of the valve spool. The following are the tolerances and matching clearance dimensions of the valve spool and the valve body produced in large quantities by AAK in the actual production process:
