AAK hydraulic cartridge directional control valve, with the valve hole accuracy with 0.8μm and opening and closing within 1s, helped their equipment sell well. Beardsley contacted more than 20 hydraulic valve manufacturers before and after, but only AAK calmed his impatient heart.
At the beginning of last year, they developed a four column hydraulic press. The main selling point is accurate positioning and stable control. Therefore, they have strict requirements on the accuracy and opening and closing of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve. Beardsley firstly contacted several old hydraulic valve suppliers. After learning the parameters, they all gave up. More than 20 manufacturers of hydraulic cartridge directional control valves have been communicated online and offline, and only 2 are willing to sample. After 45 days, the valve hole accuracy of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve samples exceeds 1μm. 2 months passed, but the manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve was still not approved yet.
