Message: | Recently, a new customer of hydraulic cartridge valves from the United States arranged for a QC in their Shanghai office to stay at AAK hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer workshop for 2 weeks to monitor the sampling process of their new hydraulic cartridge valves. At the beginning, I suggested that there was no need to do so. Going to the cartridge valve manufacturer workshop and staying there for 2 weeks, would not only waste his money and time, but also make the cartridge valve manufacturer's engineers uncomfortable. But the customer doesn't think so and has to arrange someone to come over and monitor the process. Has he ever suffered losses from other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China before? I'm too embarrassed to ask this question. |
