After communication, it was learned that Mablevi encountered delivery issue with RV08-22 purchased from other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers and had to repurchase it. Mablevi requires each hydraulic pressure control valve to be tested on a test bench. After 3 days of sourcing, no hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer was able to accept the order because testing was time-consuming. Mablevi was very anxious.
Mablevi requires 100% inspection and pays close attention to quality. This is the type of customers we like. I felt Mablevi's urgency, and after communicating with the workshop, it was found that there was enough time in the production process. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers should be able to produce 200 pcs of RV08-22 hydraulic pressure control valves in 20 days, but do not have enough time for testing. In the testing stage, AAK has a 1 for 5 testing bench, which is our confidence in accepting this order and also the advantage of hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK in testing.
