Message: | Steel grit
ZW Steel grits has been divided into three groups of different hardness according to their intended purpose. The hardest material GH, is designed for use exclusively in air blasting equipment. The two softer materials, GL and GP, may also be used in centrifugal wheel blast equipment.
Steel Grit Hardness Selection:
GP steel grit :
The GP steel grit external form is round and shape, even GP steel grits are softer than GL and GH,but owns fine elasticity and the strength of fatigue resistance as a result of fine heat treatment, so GP steel grit applied in all aspects .
GL steel grit :
The GL steel grit is harder than GP steel grit, but during blasting ,GL steel grit also loses its sharp edges, GL steel grit is particularly suited to descaling, operations before coating and surface preparation applications.
GH steel grit :
The GH steel grit has maximum hardness, it will not lost their angular during operating. These abrasives are particularly effective in surface treatment processes and produce a uniform surface, GH steel grit used for surface cleaning of high hardness products and surface roughening operations effectively . |
