Message: | Brown fused alumina is produced from high quality calcined bauxites in a pouring electric arc furnace. It is fused and purified in a high temperature over 2200 ℃ and followed by slow solidification.
Brown fused alumina has high toughness and hardness, a high melting point, good chemical corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The content of alumina is over 95%. The good grinding ability, wide application, low price make Brown fused alumina the most basic abrasive material. Brown fused alumina is often used as replacement in other abrasives’ absence.
