THE MODEL MZ-4010B1 MOVING DIE RHEOMETER (MDR) complies with GB/T 16584 The Requirement of Measuring Vulcanized Performance of Rubber Moving Die Rheometer, ISO6205 and T30, T60, T90 required by Italian standard. It is used for measuring the characteristics of rubber, which is not vulcanized to find the best vulcanized time. The machine adopts imported PID self-adopted temperature controller; adjustment and enactment are easy and convenient; range of the control of temperature is wide. It has high stability, fidelity and accuracy. Moving Die Rheometer analysis system applies windows98/me/2000/xp operating system as the platform. So it has flexible DP method and imaging software interface, and also has the programming method of blocking VB language. It reflects the high automatization character. It can be used for the analysis of mechanical performance of all kinds of material and the quality inspection of products in scientific research institutions, advanced colleges or technical secondary school, and enterprises on industry and mining and so on.
