The machine is mainly made of stainless steel 2mm SUS304.
It’s installed with cleaning pump, water tank and spraying pipes with nozzles.
Ozone and air bubble generator installed in this machine make water full of bubble and
ozone to get deep cleaning effect during washing process.The output is from 100-2000kgs/h.
Application: Leaf vegetable, fruit vegetable, and fruits.

2. Features:
1) This bubble washing machine is widely proper for various fruit and vegetables,
especially suitable for leafy vegetable.
2) The fruit and vegetables are first washer spraying pipe and nozzles which is with
strong force to clean the most dirt.
After the conveying to the cleaning tank, they will be washed thoroughly by the
water bubbles.
3) The third spraying cleaning part is also available for you if you need.
4) If you need, we could also add ozone generator for you choice.
5)The machine is mainly composed by motor, gear box, cleaning nozzles, bubble
and ozone generator.
3. Working Principle
(1)The machine comes with bubble and ozone generator to wash the fruit and
vegetable thoroughly.
(2)Washed by the high pressure water and bubble water, the dust attached on
the surface of vegetables can be cleaned thoroughly. |
