Installation
1. In the installation, it is required to level the base of the motor, rectify the levelness of the motor, ensure the the centerlines of the groove corresponding to the two belt wheels overlap, and keep appropriate tension of the V-belt.
2. When the vibration motor is mounted on a vibrating machine, the anchor bolts of the vibration motor must be fastened. A spring washer must be set under each nut and be checked and fastened frequently.
3. a proper axial clearance is tolerable for the vibration motor. For the vibration motor with a single-row tapered roller bearing, the axial clearance must be limited between 0.30-0.40mm, otherwise the motor may be easily damaged.
4. During the operation of the vibrating screen, keep uniform feeding. It is necessary to implement no-load operation when running the machine, and don’t feed material until the operation is stable. Make sure totally clean discharge of the materials before turn off the machine. They can avoid damage to the motor. |
