We provide several different types of semen dilution. You can choose depending on the usage. We recommend you to dilute at least with a 1/2 ratio. (For example, 10ml semen with 20ml dilution). You can add more dilution to the high-quality semen but do not over triple volume of semen. Furthermore, the clear dilution without egg yolk is for high-quality semen only.
The semen dilution need to be put into 37 degrees Celsius water for preheating before using. Then you can decant the semen into the test tube after collection. And you should observe the activity of a drop of semen. After that, you can shake up the semen with dilution and observe the activity again. Finally, putting the test tube back into the warm water and placing them into refrigerator with 4 degrees Celsius. Before reusing, you need to shake up the test and preheat at 37 degree Celsius for 5 min at first. Second, do not forget confirming the activity of semen. Then it will be ready to use.
Precaution:
1. Do NOT collect the prostatic fluid for the dogs with high semen volume.
2. We do NOT recommend to use the nutrient solution to dilute the low-quality semen.
3. We recommend to refrigerate the semen at 4 degree Celsius.

5. We recommend to use the dilution as soon as possible and keep refrigerating for storage.
