2.The skeleton material of Xinsheng inflatable rubber ball is single three-strand top quality chinlon dipped cord fabrics with its single tensile strength up to 313.6N which greatly improves the product performances and service life.
3.The rubber ball may be easily corroded by sea water due to long stay in sea water. Xinsheng inflatable rubber ball employs the corrosion resistant flanges and stainless steel accessories, which ensures longer service life and less maintenance.
4.Xinsheng uses advanced 3D animation simulation technology to perform simulation test based on the approach speed, buffer force and collision direction etc. prior to STS or STD berthing to calculate the max. stress factor and then work out the most rational structural layout.
