The traded MTNs are first reserved on Bloomberg Network in the buyer's name and then posted on Euroclear.
A desk-to-desk settlement is done after reservation on Bloomberg, posting on Euroclear and DD with receiving bank.
These MTNs belong to the Issuing banks and not to any private entity. This is not a resale by a seller trading desk and there is no custodial receipt.
The list of the MTNs and the procedure with all terms, conditions, and procedures are available upon request.
People may have seen the list of MTNs few times and decline the offer because of its circulation, a big mistake of amateurs since the value of the MTNs has not been changed a bit.
