Dr. Wendell C. Perry is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his medical professional of medicine level from Howard University. Dr. Perry finished his general surgery internship and residency at Howard University Hospital. After completing his general surgery training he worked as a trainer in the department of surgery. As an attending general surgeon his obligations included covering general surgery injury emergencies at a level I University trauma center, education and learning of medical students and residents and covering a general surgery service.
