The Product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to pyrazolones.It IS contraindicated to patients suffering form existing disturbances of blood cell formation.
Contra-indications:
Analgin passes the placental barrier, and should there fore be used during pregnancy, especially during the first 3 rnonths and the last 6 weeks, only after careful consideraton of the indications. .Analgin was considered to be unsafe in patients with acute porphyria.
Adverse Effects:
Analgin produced an exacerbation of dyspnoea, cyanosis and respiratory arrest,
Agranulocytosis presumed to be due to Anatgin.
Allergic skin reactions. Administration: It may be given by intramusoular or intravenous injection in doses of O.Sg to 1.0g.
Precautions & Warning:
It contains Metamizole /Analgin which may cause agranulocytosts.
