Specification:
Magnets for motors are a high-performance application. One important point is an extreme low air gap between rotor and the magnets in the stator. So the motor magnets need small tolerance and chamfering.
Strongmagnet usually supply kinds of magnets for motors, such as brushless motor, DC motor, AC motor, steppper motor, servo motor, synchronous and so on.
For the high temperature magnets:
we are able to supply H series, SH series, UH series and SmCo magnets such as S30, S32 (BH)max 250KJ/m3.
For magnetization direction:
Such as 8 poles, 14 poles, 32 poles, radial magnetization direction in radial ring magnets
General indication:
Most customers require neodymium motor magnets with high maximum working in temperature, such as 35SH, 38SH, 35UH, use some small arc magnets to form a ring magnet, magnetization direction is through diameter, N-S and S-N. And some require other shapes such s segment, wedge shape, block or special high-tech products, particularly as motor magnets for small and micro-oriented development. Because of high remanence, high coercivity and high magnetic energy product, it is widely used, we can supply servo motor magnets, flat brushless motor magnets, and stepper motor magnets etc. |
