At present, the synthesis of acridine ester dmae-nhs can be divided into seven steps. The traditional seven step method was optimized and a new five step method was developed to synthesize acridine salt. Acridine ester dmae-nhs was synthesized from 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid and acridine 9-carboxylic acid by esterification, condensation, hydrolysis, succinylation and methylation. The purity of dmae-nhs was over 99%. |
