The V-valve get double bearing structure, make it with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, ensuring the valve getting excellent sensitivity and sensing speed. The type valve’s body is a unitary structure, making the valve sturdy and durable, besides the operating may not be affected by line pressure, preventing valve body getting leakage. V-type valve are designed with movable metal seat, which has the function of assisting compensation, resulting in superior sealing performance and long service life. V-valve adopts metal hard seal structure, during the contacting between the V-shaped of ball and metal seat, the V-notch and valve seat may generate a strong shear force, enable the valve cut off impurities like fiber, and get self-cleaning function, may avoid the valve getting stuck. The seat is lined by one O-ring made of stainless steel and PTFE, the valve seat is made of a tungsten-cobalt hard alloy with a large cross-section and further reinforced by an alloy bellow spring.
